A Feng Shui Consultation
 
A Feng Shui Consultation rebalances your home or business. Whether you need to improve your health, work on relationships, conceive a child or simply get out of a rut, a Consultation of your home would be beneficial. Feng Shui can also assist in your Commercial ventures to gain more productivity, expansion, success and increased prosperity.
 
One or two Practitioners will spend the day at your premises, analysing the internal and surrounding energies using a Chinese Compass and their energetic knowledge. From this, the Consultants will discover any energy blockages and recommend remedies to stimulate and harmonise your property. Remedies such as clearing and supporting your front entrance, suggesting the best room usage, furniture placement and colours, clearing unnecessary clutter as well as positioning your bed, desk and general seating arrangements to maximise the benefits you gain from them.
 
The Consultation Fees
Residential Consultations from £490 (depending on the size of the property).
1-2  bed flats, £490
3-4 bed flats/houses £610
5+ bed houses £830
There will be an additional fee for proposed home extensions.

Full payment (including all additional expenses) is due on the Consultation day, payable by either cash or a cheque made payable to Enerchi. You will then receive a written receipt.
Additional expenses include: fuel costs to and from the Consultation charged at 50p per mile. The return flight, train, hire car or taxi fares where appropriate. Any overnight accommodation should be booked and paid for by you.
 
The above Fees include an Information Pack, the Consultation and a written report detailing the recommendations.
 
How should you best prepare for a consultation?
1. Have a clear idea about why you are having a Feng Shui Consultation and what you want the Practitioner to concentrate on?
2. Your Practitioner will need to know all your family or business Directors’ dates of birth. 
3. The Consultant will need an architectural floor plan or an A4 sized, hand-drawn floor plan (to scale) of your property. Also, a plan of any surrounding land you own.
4. The Consultant will draw the floor plans if none are available at an additional cost of £50.00.
 
What happens on the day of the consultation?
The Imperial Feng Shui Practitioners will come to your home or workplace and introduce themselves.
They will go outside again and measure the exact directions of your property and the surrounding area using a Chinese Compass. This can take a while as they are also observing and recording the land and its features around your property, assessing how best to guide the good energies to your door.
Then the Practitioners will come inside and slowly walk around all the rooms, noting their current use, colours and observing any obvious changes that need to be made.
After the Consultants have seen everything they will ask you what problems, changes or improvements you are hoping for from the Consultation.
The Practitioners will then leave to work out the calculations while at lunch locally.
The Consultants will return later on the same day to explain their findings. This involves walking around the outside and inside of your property together. The Consultants will show you what they recommend needs to be changed, in what order and sometimes when specifically these alterations need to happen. Feel free to ask any questions at this time.
Full payment is then due, which will include any additional charges for floor plans and transportation costs where appropriate. You will receive a written receipt.
 
What you need to do after the consultation!
One to two weeks later you will receive a typed report detailing all the specific recommendations that were discussed at the time of the Consultation. It will indicate the order and where appropriate, the dates of the most important changes. Follow the recommended order. The other remedies should be implemented quite slowly, noticing any developments in your lives. Some recommendations will have swift results while others take longer for the energies to shift.
Simply inviting a Feng Shui Consultant into your premises to do a Consultation does not change the energy. The benefits of the Consultation come after you have implemented the recommendations.
You will also receive additional guidelines for your home or business to assist you generally. These guidelines are for good ‘housekeeping’ and can be ongoing home or business improvements.

Additional advice 
Feng Shui is a method of analysing and changing energy. Sometimes there are limitations regarding the improvements a Consultant can make due to the direction of your property and/or its surroundings that cannot be changed. Consequently, a Consultant may not be able to solve your problems, only advise you as to why they are happening. Seeking other Professional services is advisable if you have legal, medical or financial issues.
 A Practitioner’s aim is to advise you honestly. This advice may not always be welcome or easy to hear or do.
 Certain properties have energy that has been so stuck that any energy movements may affect your lives in dramatic or even unpleasant ways. However, the intentions are to make positive changes in your lives. The journey may not always be smooth but the eventual outcomes should be beneficial.

It can take more than two days to chart a full horoscope but once complete it contains all the information needed about a person.

Chinese Horoscope Consultation Fees
£380 for opening the horoscope and a 5-year analysis.
Payment is due once the horoscope has been discussed.

The Specific Day Selection
Both individuals and time have their own unique qualities that can be calculated by a Feng Shui Practitioner. A specific day can then be selected to support an individual, couple or business with important events. This starting date influences the outcome of the event positively.
Specific days are chosen for: - starting a business or moving into a business premises, buying or selling a property, getting married, conceiving a child, choosing a good date for an operation, influencing an meeting or interview, passing an examination or any important event.

The Specific Day Selection Fees
£68 per date selected.
Payment is due on receipt of the selected day.
 
Property Investment Survey
Properties and individuals both have specific energy compositions. Whether you are choosing a house, flat, studio or especially a business premises, the property must supports you and your specific type of business.
 A Practitioner can survey these energies using a Chinese Compass and advise you immediately as to whether the property is compatible and supportive for you. If it is then your life will flow more easily.
 
Property Survey Fees
£68 per property.
Payment is due on the day of the survey.
