General guidelines for the inside of your property.

· All rooms and passageways should be clean, well lit and clear of clutter.

· Two square bedside tables, one either side of your bed is essential.
· Avoid placing the bed directly opposite the bedroom door, especially if your feet are pointing out the door.
· Avoid sleeping with heavy pictures, overhanging cupboards or shelves, wall lights, mirrors, windows, eaves or beams above you head.
· Televisions and computers should be kept out of the bedroom.
